PM Modi hails Goa CM Manohar Parrikar as ‘architect of modern Goa’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday prayed for the quick recovery of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who is suffering from an ailment that has severely affected his health since February 2018.
