Delhi govt will sanction monthly allowance of Rs 5,000 to persons with high special needs: Bharadwaj

Under Arvind Kejriwal’s guidance, the Delhi government will be the first in India to provide substantial assistance to persons with high special needs, said the social welfare minister.
