Not passing any order and posting the matter for the first week of April, a bench of Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice PV Sanjay Kumar said that clubbing all suits/ applications related to the case and hearing them together will benefit both the sides in the case since it will avoid multiple proceedings.
The high court called for the responses of the Union of India, the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), the UP government, the district agistrate concerned and all the plaintiffs of the suit within two weeks.

The court gave oral instructions to the state government not to take any such action which is not lawful. On the other hand, the government lawyer also assured the court to follow the court's order.
Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh, in his order, said that considering the 'heinous' nature of the offence, and the evidence available on record, there is no good reason to grant bail to the accused Sameer Khan.
The high court on November 18 suspended the jail sentence awarded to Saini by a lower court for his role in the riot and granted him bail.
Justices Suneet Kumar and Syed Waiz Mian quashed the notice issued by the Gorakhpur district administration in 2019.
The bench of Justice B.R. Singh passed the order on the revision petition filed by the state government, which had challenged the order of November 9.
The matter is related to the Kashi Vishwanath temple-Gyanvapi mosque dispute. The Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee has filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court against the order passed by the Varanasi District Court.
