Chief Minister, Miss Mamata Banerjee had formed a nine member core committee to run the district party in absence of Anubrata Mondal, the jailed district party president, ahead of the upcoming crucial panchayat elections
The national general secretary said the party had published the election manifesto and if voted to power, all the promises made in the manifesto will be implemented
Mr Kunal Ghosh said the CPM and Congress had collaborated with ISF before the 2021 Assembly election. The result was disastrous for both the parties and the CPM did not get a single seat in the Assembly election.
