As per government’s assessment, Vodafone Idea owed a total of Rs 58,254 crore to the Department of Telecommunications.
On the BSE, Bharti Infratech scrip was at Rs 189.95, down by Rs 8.30 or 4.19 per cent. Earlier in the day, stock gained 4.91 per cent to Rs 208.
Soon after the Court's decision, the stock crashed despite halt in trading on two occasions after the stock hit the lower circuit.
