Novak Djokovic has been at the receiving end of severe criticism after organising the Adria Tour which resulted in various players testing positive for the coronavirus
Djokovic has apologised for the way in which the tournament was conducted but not before four players including himself and at least two members from the coaching staff tested positive for the virus.
Following the news that Djokovic and his wife have contracted the virus, the remainder of the tournament was cancelled.
He also urged those who had come in contact with him over the last few days in Monaco should also get tested for the deadly virus.
Krajinovic, currently ranked 32nd in the world, surprised Thiem with a 3-1 lead in the second, and set the score even. However, his opponent showed more strength in the third set and marked a 2-1 victory.
