Siddique was questioned at the Thiruvananthapuram Cantonment Police Station by a team led by Superintendent of Police Merin Joseph.
Siddique has been charged with offences under Sections 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on a complaint by the actress.
Siddique and the actress were in the Mascot Hotel Thiruvananthapuram on the days mentioned in the complaint of the actress.
Siddique, on Tuesday, filed a complaint with the state police chief alleging an agenda behind the allegations against him.
