A five-judge bench comprising asked the advocates appearing for contesting parties to add to their pleadings already before the court, if they so require, by July 27 and thereafter there will be total freeze and no further additions to the pleadings would be accepted.

The new party was formed on March 8 with many local politicians from parties like National Conference and People's Democratic Party flocking to it.
His son Omar Abdullah and PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti among other local politicians like Shah Faesal still remain under detention imposed by Public Safety Act.
The launch of the new party comes when many prominent leaders of Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti, Omar Abdullah, Shah Faesal among others have been put under house arrest and the draconian Public Safety Act.
The bench has now posted the plea for hearing on March 18.
