The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers , led by its national convenor ,Arvind Kejriwal, on Wednesday staged a massive protest near the BJP headquarters over Home Minister Amit Shah’s alleged remarks on Dr B R Ambedkar.
Setting aside the murmurs of an alliance between Congress and the AAP, Kejriwal posted on X that his party will be fighting the elections on its own.
In a statement released here on Sunday, SAD Chief Spokesman Advocate Arshdeep Singh Kler said it was shocking to see the police claiming that the presence of Parvinder Sohana at dharna seeking justice for two Punjabi youths murdered by illegal migrants in the state had created a law and order problem.

Union Minister Anurag Thakur on Friday reacted to Aam Aadmi Party claims that arrested Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will run the government from jail and said that this is an "insult" to the people of Delhi and "law and democracy."
The AAP said the party is fully prepared to contest the elections in collaboration with the INDIA alliance.
The AAP fielded popular Punjabi actor Karamjit Anmol from the Faridkot seat.
