Centre never promised 24-hour water supply to Kejriwal: Bidhuri

"Obviously, he (Arvind Kejriwal) is now trying to create an illusion that the Centre did not give the water, so Delhi is not getting 24-hour water supply," the Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly said at a press conference.
