Delhi High Court dismissed the bail plea of Manish Sisodia related to alleged corruption in the implementation of the previous liquor policy.
The plea had called the decision arbitrary, and irrational and offends Article 14 of the Constitution of India, hence, inoperative.
The central probe agency further submitted that there is a need to interrogate Avinash Reddy in police custody since he did not cooperate during the investigation.
