All these can be paired with Zeda Rice or pickled green chilli garlic and coriander noodles. In ancient times, moon cakes were seen as an offering to the moon. However, down the centuries these special cakes have become a staple of the Mid-Autumn Festival. For sweet endings, there will be petite moon cakes of various flavours like chocolate, peanut butter and blueberry.
