Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport will be offering a “Bonedi Barir Bhoj” at their all-day dining restaurant, Social Kitchen in tune with the recipes of traditional zamindari household kitchens of Bengal such as the Sabarna Roy Chowdhury family, Sovabazar Rajbari (which was visited by Lord Clive), and Rani Rashmoni (founder of Dakshineswar temple).
The buffet will contain signature dishes from these select zamindari households in its authentic form.
