The Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is sweating it out at a Bengaluru gym ahead of the One Day International series against South Africa. The ODI series against Proteas will start from February 1. On Tuesday, Chahal took it to photo-sharing application Instagram and posted a video of his workout session.

Recently, Chahal had come on the radar of his friends for being too skinny and his video on Instagram has given a chance for his former RCB team players to reunite.
First RCB teammate to comment on Yuzvendra’s video was South African spinner teammate Tabraiz Shamsi. “Oh my gosh! Is thisn @yuzi_chahal23 or @chrisgayle333??,” Shamsi wrote on Chahal’s video.
After a few seconds, responding to the comment, Chahal wrote, “I lift heavier than @chrisgayle333. This is my warm up set @shamsi90.”
The explosive batsman Chris Gayle soon joined the conversation and wrote, “Wtf. Kill me.”
After Shami and Gayle, it was India’s field coach R Sridhar who joined the conversation and wrote, “The dumbbells seem too light for your strength!! Add a few kgs mate….”
Yuzvendra Chahal was recently retained by Royal Challengers Bangalore for the eleventh edition of the Indian Premier League. Last Year, he had played 13 matches for RCB.
In IPL 2017, Chahal was also the second highest wicket-taker for the franchise.
Earlier, RCB retained their skipper Virat Kohli for Rs. 17 crore, Sarfaraz for Rs. 1.75 crore and AB de Villiers for Rs. 11 crore.
