Silencing his critics with a valiant knock of 77 runs against New Zealand on Wednesday, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja said that he will give his best till his last breath.
After India lost the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 semifinal match against New Zealand on Wednesday, the southpaw took to Twitter to write, “Sports has taught me to keep on rising after every fall & never to give up. Can’t thank enough each & every fan who has been my source of inspiration. Thank you for all your support. Keep inspiring & I will give my best till my last breath. Love you all.”

Jadeja, who was facing harsh criticism because of his poor form, returned brilliantly with the figures of 1 for 40 in 10 overs against Sri Lanka and 1 for 37 against New Zealand. But the 30-year-old’s 77-run knock off 59 balls against the Kiwis made him the cynosure of all eyes on Wednesday.
Jadeja along with MS Dhoni stitched a 106-run partnership to help India recover from 92 for 6, but the duo failed to take India home and the Men in Blue were bundled out for 221 — 18 runs short of New Zealand’s.
