Indian skipper Virat Kohli appeared to be in a fine form in the last training session before the start of the first T20I against Australia on Sunday. The first T20I match between India and Australia will be played at Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam. The T20I series will be followed by five-match One Day International (ODI) series.

Virat Kohli, who is returning to the Indian team after getting rested from the final two ODIs and T20I series against New Zealand, was in high spirits. The way he hit the ball at the training session belied the fact that he was away from the game for a while.

Meanwhile, speaking about the upcoming ICC World Cup, which will be held in England and Wales, Virat Kohli said, “All the people who are going to be part of the World Cup squad, they have to make sure that their games don’t go too much away from the one-day mould of things. That means we will have to be very wary of the bad habits that might creep in during the IPL.”
