When you sign a bumper contract with one of the biggest football clubs in the world, who do you call first to break the news? Your mum of course! Gabriel Jesus– a bonafide mumma’s boy and world-class striker–certainly believes in that and he celebrated signing his two-year extension with Manchester City by FaceTiming his mother in Brazil.

The 21-year-old’s alomae celebration is well known and contrary to popular belief, it’s not a dig at a former girlfriend, rather a tribute to his mother.
