PM Modi visits Guyana to grow economic & cultural ties

Stylish wicket-keeper batsman Lokesh Rahul hit a century and guided the Indian cricket team to its victory against England in the opening match of the three-match T20 International tournament. On Tuesday, KL Rahul, who was promoted up in the order for batting at number three in place of skipper Virat Kohli, grasped the opportunity by scoring 101 not out off 54 balls.
After scoring his maiden T20I century, KL Rahul did a dab celebration and then joined captain Virat Kohli in a special celebration. Speaking to Dinesh Karthik, in a video shared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on its official Twitter handle, KL Rahul revealed that Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo was the inspiration behind his celebration with the captain.

Talking about his celebration, KL Rahul said, “By the end of the England series, I want to have a different handshake with all the members in the team right now. I have one with Hardik (Pandya). With Virat you saw it.”
While interviewing Rahul, when Dinesh Karthik asked whether the celebration was taken out from (Cristiano) Ronaldo, to which Rahul replied, “Yea, sort of. You know Virat’s a huge Ronaldo fan”.
