Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team thrashed Pakistan in yet another clash in the ongoing Asia Cup on Sunday at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
With the nine-wicket win over arch-rivals Pakistan, India have secured their spot in the final of the ongoing tournament. All-rounder Shoaib Malik, who is married to India’s tennis queen Sania Mirza, was the star performer for Pakistan with a gritty 78 off 90 balls. However, Malik’s performance was overshadowed by the batting prowess of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. Both the Indian openers scored centuries to guide India to an easy nine-wicket win over Pakistan.
