The visitors are lining up in a 4-3-3, with Gonzalo Higuain starting as the centre-forward, flanked by Douglas Costa and Paulo Dybala.
Sami Khedira, Miralem Pjanic and Blaise Matuidi feature in the middle while Alex Sandro, Chiellini, Benatia and Barzagli appear in a four-man defence ahead of skipper and custodian Gianluigi Buffon.
The tie is evenly poised after the first leg in Turin ended in a 2-2 draw but the fact that Spurs scored two away goals gives them a slight edge over the Bianconeri.
However, they will be wary of complacency as a sluggish start in the first leg, which saw them go 2-0 down with little over 10 minutes played, nearly cost them the tie in Italy and a repeat performance will be disastrous against the in-form Italian outfit.
