Mumbai Indians owner Akash Ambani, later in a press conference, said that they are very happy to have Cameron Green in their team as he too is one of the best and most importantly a young all-rounder in the world.

The Mumbai Indians always look for young and potential players and then nourish them. They needed a replacement of Kieron Pollard who had been doing the job of an overseas destructive all-rounder in the lower middle order.

The star English all-rounder too has become a millionaire as Chennai Super Kings spent a huge amount on him. The fast-bowling all-rounder was sold to CSK at a massive 16.25 crore. Chennai Super Kings needed a replacement for Caribbean megastar all-rounder Dwane Bravo.

Stokes will not just provide them quality and explosive batting in the lower middle order but also prove to be a good fast bowling option for the Super Kings.

4)     Nicholas Pooran

The West Indian wicketkeeper batsman, Nicholas Pooran, was also a big fish featuring in the IPL auction. Lucknow Super Giants went after Nicholas Pooran and after an intense bidding war with several other franchises, Pooran became a part of LSG at a colossal 16 crores.

Lucknow Super Giants were in need of a wicket keeper batsman and who else can prove to be a better fit than Nicholas Pooran. The Caribbean player will not just provide safe hands, but he also is a hard-hitting batting option.

5) Harry Brook

As expected, Harry Brook was much in demand as his name appeared next to Kane. After a fierce bidding battle, Sunrisers Hyderabad went all the way to purchase him for a whopping 13.25 crore.

He is a destructive English batter who can add a lot of value to Hyderabad. Hyderabad entered in the IPL 2023 auctions with a good purse and players such as Harry Brook are certainly the ones they must have been eyeing for.
