On Tuesday, Richarlison officially became an Everton player after the Premier League side paid £50 million for his services, but the Brazilian didn’t forget to thank the Hornets for a memorable season with a heartfelt Instagram post.

The young Brazilian arrived in England from Fluminese in 2017 and made quite the impact in his first Premier League season.

With five goals and four assists, the left winger undoubtedly was a hit with the Hornets and he stressed on the fond memories he carries with him to his new club in his farewell post:

Richarlison is reunited with former Watford manager Marco Silva at Everton and is the Portuguese tactician’s first signing of the summer.

The Toffees are expected to really challenge the established elite in the Premier League this season, especially with the vaunted Silva at the helm.

So far, their pre-season has been quite lacklustre for they are yet to find a win after having played two games.

Everton fans will be able to see their new signing in action when the Toffees play Blackburn Rovers on Thursday night.

They open their 2018/19 Premier League campaign with an away clash at newcomers Wolves on August 11.
