Thibaut Courtois has been unable to shake off an injury, so Willy Caballero starts in goal and the Argentine custodian has a back-three of Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen and Antonio Ruddier in front of him.
Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso feature as the wing-backs in Antonio Conte’s 3-4-3 system with Cesc Fabregas partnering N’Golo Kante in the middle of the pitch.
Wingers Willian and Hazard flank centre forward Alvaro Morata.

For Tottenham Hotspur there’s no Harry Kane in the lineup, although the club’s top scorer this season is on the bench.
It looks like a false-nine formation for the Liilwhites, with Heung-Min Son leading the line and the Korean winger will be supported by the likes of Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Erik Lamela.
Mousa Dembele and Eric Dier shield the four-man defence of Ben Davies, Davinson Sanchez, Jan Vertonghen and Kieran Tripper while skipper Hugo Lloris retains his place in goal.
A draw would suit Spurs, as they lead the fifth-placed Blues by five points, but in a London Derby neither side will be willing to settle for the point and expect Pochettino’s men to take the game to the hosts.
Conte’s side are under pressure to win Sunday’s tie in front of their home fans as they desperately seek to somehow finish in the top-four in what has been a disappointing season.
Chelsea: Caballero, Azpilicueta (c), Christensen, Rudiger, Moses, Kante, Fabregas, Alonso, Willian, Hazard and Morata.
Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris (c), Trippier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Dembele, Lamela, Eriksen, Dele and Son.
Match kicks off at 1600 GMT/20.30 IST.
