Mauricio Pochettino has restored Danny Rose to the starting XI and the fullback features alongside Davinson Sanchez, Jan Vertonghen and Serge Aurier in a back-four ahead of keeper Hugo Lloris.
Mousa Dembele partners Eric Dier in central midfield, while Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Heung Min-Son line up behind star striker Harry Kane.
If Kane can score two goals at Wembley, he will overtake the likes of Lionel Messi and Edinson Cavani in the goalscoring charts for the calendar year. As an extra motivation, the striker is also on the verge of breaking Alan Shearer’s record of most Premier League goals in a calendar year as he is level with the Newcastle United legend’s record of 36 currently.

Southampton, who have been in a rut of late, will try to stop the Spurs striker from scoring and will take solace from the fact that the Lilywhites never seem to be on the top of their game when playing at home.
Fraser Forster starts in goal, behind a four-man defence of Matt Targett, Maya Yoshida, Wesley Hoedt and Jack Stephens. Oriol Romeu, Mario Lemina and Pierre Emile Hojbjerg start in a three-man midfield behind Shane Long, Nathan Redmond and Sofiane Boufal.
Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris (c), Aurier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Rose, Dier, Dembele, Eriksen, Dele, Son and Kane.
Southampton: Forster, Stephens, Yoshida (c), Hoedt, Targett, Romeu, Lemina, Hojbjerg, Boufal, Redmond and Long.
Match starts at 12.30 GMT/1800 IST.
