Premier League clubs approve changes to associated party transaction rules
The proposed changes came into play after an independent tribunal found some aspects of the APT rules to be unlawful following Manchester City’s lawsuit.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has opted to field a 3-4-3 formation, with David de Gea retaining his place in goal behind a three-man defence of Eric Bailly, Phil Jones and Chris Smalling.
Ashley Young occupies the left wing-back slot while Antonio Valencia is on the opposite flank and Nemanja Matic continues to start with Ander Herrera in the centre of midfield.
Up front Romelu Lukaku leads the line for the hosts with Marcus Rashford and Henrikh Mkhitaryan for company.
Bailly and Jones’ return from injury could prove crucial for United, who are seeking their first win in three Premier League games.
After drawing against Liverpool, the Red Devils slumped to a shock defeat at Huddersfield Town last week and cannot afford to drop points against the in-form Lilywhites.

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino has decided to start Korean winger Son Heung-min at the apex of his 3-5-2 formation.
With star forward Harry Kane injured, the Argentine had a choice between starting Fernando Llorente or Son up top and it seems the Lilywhites tactician has chosen to field the Korean as a false-nine.
The visitors, who boast a 100 per cent record on the road this season, start Hugo Lloris in goal behind a back-three of Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghnen and Eric Dier. Davinson Sanchez has been dropped in favour of Dier, who has primarily been playing in midfield this season.
In midfield, Dele Alli, Harry Winks, Christian Eriksen and Moussa Sissoko all start while the wing-backs for Saturday’s tie are Ben Davies and Serge Aurier.
Manchester United: De Gea, Bailly, Smalling, Jones, Young, Valencia (c), Matic, Herrera, Mkhitaryan, Rashford and Lukaku.
Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris (c), Aurier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Winks, Sissoko, Eriksen, Dele and Son.
Match kicks off at 1230 GMT/1700 IST.
