Death audit of road accident fatalities compulsory in Bengal
Death Audits in case of fatalities in road transport accidents (RTAs) will be compulsory in West Bengal, as per the latest order from the state Health Department.
This was what the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed hours after the mishap. Pant’s condition remains stable, and he has now been shifted to the Max Hospital in Dehradun, where he is undergoing MRI scans to ascertain the extent of his injuries.

Indian star cricketer, Rishabh Pant, has cuts on his forehead, ligament tear on his right knee and he has hurt his right wrist, toe and ankle.
This was what the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed hours after the mishap. Pant’s condition remains stable, and he has now been shifted to the Max Hospital in Dehradun, where he is undergoing MRI scans to ascertain the extent of his injuries.

In its statement BCCI said, “the BCCI is in constant touch with Rishabh’s family while the Medical Team is in close contact with the doctors currently treating Rishabh.

The Board will see to it that Rishabh receives the best possible medical care and gets all the support he needs to come out of this traumatic phase.”
The 25-year-old Indian wicket keeper had to escape through the windscreen after the vehicles caught the fire. In the viral videos on social media, his car was seen completely destroyed by fire.
Pant, somehow, break the window and managed to eject safely avoiding any major mishap as he was on the way to Roorkee.
