Indian cricket team led by Rohit Sharma would try to avenge their first T20 International defeat to Sri Lanka, when the Men-in-Blue will face Islanders again for the fourth T20I in the Twenty20 International tri-nation series, Nidahas Trophy, at the R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo, on 12 March.

In the opening match of the series, young Indian team in absence of senior players like Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Kuldeep Yadav, suffered a five-wicket defeat at the hands of the hosts. However, Indian squad bounced back in the next match and thrashed Bangladesh in their second T20I.
