Last century’s giants Leeds United promoted to English Premier League after 16 years
Leeds United have been away from the Premier League for so long that Twitter and Instagram didn't exist the last time they played in the top-flight.
Terming Noone a “proven goalscorer and provider”, Melbourne City FC Director of Football Michael Petrillo was all praise for the 31-year-old English attacking midfielder and winger.
Former English Football League Championship Championship title winner and English Premier League star Craig Noone will join the Australian A-League next season, in a two-year deal with Melbourne City FC.
Melbourne City FC took on Twitter to approve the news.

Terming Noone a “proven goalscorer and provider”, Melbourne City FC Director of Football Michael Petrillo was all praise for the 31-year-old English attacking midfielder and winger.
Petrillo said, “Craig is a creative, pacey wide player who, after playing at the highest level in the UK, will bring a lot in experience and threat to the team.”
Noone is best known for his five-year stint at Cardiff City, where he claimed the Championship title before moving on to play in the Premier League.
“I’m excited to join Melbourne City and test myself in the A-League. This is an ambitious club that wants to win trophies while playing an exciting style of football,” Noone said.
