Wolves part ways with manager O’Neil after loss against Ipswich
Wolves have confirmed the departure of manager O'Neil on Sunday following their 2-1 loss against Ipswich Town in the Premier League.
The 76-year-old is expected to make a full recovery after undergoing brain surgery on the weekend.
Confirming several media reports, Manchester United confirmed that former manager Alex Ferguson is on the road to recovery as the 76-year-old Scot has been moved out of intensive care after undergoing brain surgery on the weekend.
“Sir Alex Ferguson no longer needs intensive care and will continue rehabilitation as an inpatient,” a club statement read.

The 76-year-old was rushed into emergency surgery on Saturday night after suffering a brain haemorrhage and social media was flooded with get well soon messages for the iconic manager.

“His family have been overwhelmed by the level of support and good wishes but continue to request privacy as this will be vital during this next stage of recovery,” the statement added.
Ferguson last appeared in public on April 28, when United hosted Arsenal at Old Trafford.

The Scot gave one-time rival and outgoing Gunners boss Arsene Wenger a special trophy at the Theatre of Dreams before watching from the stands as the Red Devils edged the North Londoners 2-1.
After successfully establishing United as the biggest club in England, Ferguson retired from football in 2013, having led the Red Devils to their 20th Premier League title in his final season.

Since then, he had taken up an ambassadorial role at the club, while also taking up a directorial position.
United have two games left in their Premier League season, an away fixture at West Ham United on Thursday night and a home tie with Watford on Sunday before turning their attentions to the FA Cup final.
