Star goalie David de Gea has entered the final year of his contract with Premier League giants Manchester United. However, it seems like David may not be keen to sign yet another contract with United.

It is an extensively reported fact that United have offered David de Gea a whopping £350,000 weekly wages but he is yet to accept the offer. And now with as many as nine months left on his contract, clubs who are interested in roping him in have already started approaching the Spanish star.

According to reports published in Express, Italian heavyweights Juventus are set to open talks with De Gea in the next transfer window in January. Juventus are eyeing to sign the goalkeeper on a free deal. However, that won’t be a good sign at all for Manchester United since they could get at least a decent amount for him if he decides to sign a new contract and then make the move.

The reports add that inclusion of David de Gea in the Serie A side might just cover all their bases and then they can try and win the UEFA Champions League trophy. On the other hand, Manchester United would need to be really quick if they want to retain David in their team.

Moreover, the reports are hinting at the inclusion of Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak in the team as a potential replacement for De Gea if at all he decides to leave.
