Manager of the UEFA Champions League-winning side Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp has been named the Premier League manager of the month for September.
Notably, this is the second month in a row that Klopp has been named the manager of the month after he had bagged home the award in August. The same was confirmed by the official website of Liverpool FC.

For getting the award for the month of September, Klopp faced competition from Eddie Howe (Bournemouth), Frank Lampard (Chelsea) and Brendan Rodgers (Leicester City). However, it was Klopp who was adjudged the winner.
Klopp has now won the Premier League manager of the month honour a total of five times. He had previously been given the award in September 2016, December 2018 and March 2019. He then added two of these awards in the ongoing season.
Having won all their Premier League matches in September, Liverpool are currently at the top of the table with 24 points from eight matches.
