Rashid Khan, the teenaged bowling sensation of war-torn country Afghanistan, is the perfect ambassador for the game of cricket in his home country.
So far, in the 11th season of the much-talked-about Indian Premier League (IPL), Rashid Khan has impressed with his exceptional bowling performance. However, on Friday, Rashid Khan for a change stunned everyone with his batting skills. The Hyderabad cricketer scored blistering 34 runs off 10 deliveries with a strike rate of 340 and propelled SunRisers to a huge total of 174 runs.

With his heroics effort, Rashid Khan guided his side to the final of the cash-rich league.

Meanwhile, after seeing Rashid’s all-round performance, the Indian cricket fans are seeking for an Indian citizenship for the Afghan star.
Acknowledging the request of cricket lovers from across the nation, Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj was at her wittiest best on the micro-blogging site.
“I have seen all the tweets. Citizenship matters are dealt with by Ministry of Home affairs,” Swaraj wrote on Twitter.

During his match winning 10 balls 34 run innings, Rashid Khan hit 4 sixes and 2 fours. Rashid Khan also produced exceptional bowling figures of 3/19 figures in his allotted four overs. He was declared the man of the match.
