KKR, RCB look to sort top order batting woes ahead of IPL 2024 face-off
The KKR side boasts of a strong bowling unit, at least on paper, and such under-par efforts with the bat could prove costly to RCB’s chances.
In the 22nd match of the 11th season of Indian Premier League (IPL), Gautam Gambhir-led Delhi Daredevils will face R Ashwin’s Kings XI Punjab on Monday at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in Delhi.
So far, KXIP has won four matches and lost one, and is at the second spot on the IPL table just behind Chennai Super Kings. On the other hand, Gautam Gambhir’s side is at the bottom of the IPL table, with one win and four losses.
In their last games, Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore thrashed Delhi by six wickets and KXIP defeated SunRisers Hyderabad by 15 runs.
