Premier League referee David Coote’s contract terminated for breach of contract
Premier League referee David Coote has had his contract terminated by the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) for ‘breach of contract.
In a recent social media antic, American actress Alison Becker teased Premier League side Liverpool’s fans with a humorous tweet. Notably, Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker had injured himself in Liverpool’s opening game and there were many tweets going viral about him.
It was amidst these circumstances that American actress Alison had a tongue-in-cheek moment as she posted an injury update on behalf taking advantage of the almost namesake situation.

Liverpool fans who were looking forward to hear something positive on their preferred goalkeeper were confused when American actress and author Alison Becker tweeted, “MY CALVES ARE FINE YOU GUYS. #ynwa”.

Becker’s tweet was an instant hit on social media.
There have been previous instances too when Alison was mistaken for the goalkeeper.
