Senior Indian opener Rohit Sharma on Thursday became the fastest to slam 200 sixes in One Day Internationals. Rohit Sharma is also the only cricketer from India to reach the mark of 200 sixes in One Dayers after former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
Rohit Sharma achieved this feat during the final ODI match between India and the West Indies at the Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram. During India’s batting, Rohit Sharma hit the West Indies skipper for a six over mid-wicket on the second ball of the 11th over and in the process became the quickest to hit 200 sixes in the limited overs game.
