The victory juggernaut of the Indian hockey team crashed in the fourth match of the Hockey World League Semi-finals as they went down by 1-3 to the Netherlands in London on Tuesday.
Striker Akashdeep Singh remained the sole warrior in the end as he scored a field goal in the 28th minute, adding to his kitty of five goals from the tournament.

Netherlands rode on the goals by Thierry Brinkman (2'), Sander Baart (12'), Mirco Pruijser (24'), who set the game for the Dutch in the first-half of the clash.
The Dutch continued their winning momentum that they built by routing of Pakistan (4-0), Scotland (3-0) and Canada (3-1) in their previous group stage matches.
On the other hand, India suffered their first defeat of the tournament after registering emphatic victories over Pakistan (7-1), Canada (3-0) and Scotland (4-1).
