Premier League clubs approve changes to associated party transaction rules
The proposed changes came into play after an independent tribunal found some aspects of the APT rules to be unlawful following Manchester City’s lawsuit.
The speedy fullbacks banter game is clearly strong and let’s see if Deeney can respond!
Hector Bellerin may be fast as a cheetah on the pitch, but the Arsenal fullback proved he’s got the memory of an elephant too, as he took a dig at Watford captain Troy Deeney for missing a penalty during Arsenal’s 3-0 win over the Hornets at the Emirates Stadium.
Looks like you couldn’t see today either @T_Deeney 😂 https://t.co/GdTixJBdzx

The Gunners exacted revenge on Sunday for a 2-1 loss earlier in the season, after which Deeney had infamously declared, “Arsenal players lack cojones”.
The tie, which took place on September 14, had seen the Gunners take the lead via Per Mertesacker just before half-time, but the Hornets responded with a stirring second-half performance to claim three invaluable points.
Bellerin would give away a penalty, which Deeney dispatched, before Tom Cleverely popped up with an injury-time winner to consign the Gunners to their third away loss of the Premier League season.
The Spaniard had insisted that the penalty was unfair in the aftermath of the loss, as he felt he didn’t commit a foul and Deeney, in his post-match interview with BT Sport, responded to the fullback’s comments with a cool, “He had his long hair in the way, he couldn’t see what he’s doing”.
The 22-year-old Bellerin, who sports a ponytail, obviously hadn’t forgotten Deeney’s dig and when Petr Cech saved the Watford skipper’s spot-kick on Sunday, he got one over the English striker with his sly tweet.
Goals from Shkodran Mustafi Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang confirmed the three points for Arsene Wenger’s under-fire side on Sunday, as they seek to finish the season on a high.
Effectively out of the top-four race as they trail fourth-placed Liverpool by nine points, the Gunners are still in contention for the UEFA Europa League, however, and after their 2-0 win away to AC Milan, will be backing themselves to go all the way in the continental competition.
