Premier League clubs approve changes to associated party transaction rules
The proposed changes came into play after an independent tribunal found some aspects of the APT rules to be unlawful following Manchester City’s lawsuit.
The 24-year-old got his first goal of the season on September 1!
After breaking a 12-game drought in style with a brace on Friday, England and Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane chose to see the funny side of his ‘August curse’ with a light-hearted tweet.

Kane, despite being the reigning Premier League Golden Boot holder, has not scored a single goal in August in recent seasons, prompting many to declare the coincidence as a curse.

And true to form, the 24-year-old scored two goals in England’s World Cup qualifier win against Malta on September 1.
The English striker had been unlucky in three Premier League games so far, all in August, before finally getting off the mark for his country in Friday’s qualifier.
England have one more qualifier remaining before the international break concludes, a crunch tie against second-placed Slovakia on Monday, and should they beat the Slovaks at Wembley, they will effectively have confirmed their spot for next year’s World Cup.
The unbeaten Three Lions are topping Group F with 17 points from seven games but Slovakia are just two points behind, which makes Monday’s tie at Wembley a must-win for Gareth Southgate’s men if they are to avoid any last-minute hiccups.
