Thomas Tuchel, the 49-year-old manager of Chelsea, has been fired following their 1-0 loss to Dinamo Zagreb, last night in the Champions League group stage.
The Blues’ Champions League campaign got off to a disastrous start in Croatia on Tuesday night, adding to their difficult start to the Premier League season. After a busy summer of spending at Stamford Bridge, new owner Todd Boehly has now moved swiftly to oust Tuchel from his job.

Mislav Orsic, 29, scored the game’s lone goal against Chelsea in their recent encounter, handing his team all three points at the cost of the Blues.
Under the German coach, it was the first time the Stamford Bridge team has dropped three straight away games.
Tuchel claimed that “everything” was missing from their performance after the game.
