Djokovic beaten, Sabalenka advances at Brisbane International
The result leaves the 24-time Grand Slam winner Djokovic with 99 career singles titles heading into the Australian Open, which he has won a record 10 times
India’s Rohan Bopanna and his Hungarian partner Timea Babos got the better of Marcelo Demoliner and Martinez Sanchez to reach the Australian Open final, on Friday.
The Indo-Hungarian pair won their first set 7-5 in 34 minutes but lost the second set to Demoliner and Sanchez 5-7. However, they fought back hard to clinch the third set 10-6 and won the semi-final in three sets.

Earlier, Bopanna and Babos had registered a straight-sets victory over Colombia’s Juan Sebastian Cabal and American Abigail Spears in a quarter-final contest which lasted for an hour and 15 minutes.
