Virender Sehwag lauds Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Chandu Champion’ as a must-watch
Virender Sehwag praises Kartik Aaryan's "Chandu Champion," calling it a must-watch for its portrayal of 1970s Paralympic athletes.
Announcing his retirement last month, Nehra said that he has “only played cricket throughout his life”.
Following a sparkling farewell at his home ground Feroz Shah Kotla on Wednesday night, warhorse Indian pacer Ashish Nehra has started exploring future prospects.
“I don’t know what will come next. I haven’t sat down and decided what to do next. Maybe it will be coaching or maybe it will be commentary,” the 38-year-old pacer said, according to PTI reports.

Announcing his retirement last month, Nehra said that he has “only played cricket throughout his life”. However, his wit and happy-go-lucky nature might help him get into the cricket commentary scene.

Just like his fellow Delhi cricketer Virender Sehwag, who entered the commentary arena and enthralled everybody with his sarcasm and wit, Nehra might make it big in the business.
Nehra and Sehwag share a great bond with each other, as they grew up together playing cricket here in Delhi.
Sehwag used to take Nehra along on his scooter from his residence, Delhi Cantt, to Feroz Shah Kotla and both the cricketers polished their skills supporting each other in the game.
Nehra’s final decision is yet to come, though it will be a spectators’ delight if they get to hear both the Delhi colleagues, at their funny best, in the same commentary box.
The Delhi pacer bid adieu to the international cricket after the first T20I against New Zealand, which India won by 53 runs.
Even though he concluded his spell being wicket-less, a flood of memories rushed through Nehra’s mind when captain Virat Kohli asked him to bowl his last over in cricket from the very end he started bowling.
“It definitely was an emotional moment. Virat Kohli wanted me to bowl the final over after the 15-16th over. As a cricketer, you shouldn’t say this but by then the game was almost over,” he said.
