On the occasion of India’s 71st Republic Day, Google is celebrating its rich culture with the most colourful and diverse doodle that we have ever seen. The doodle that has been designed by Singapore-based artists Meroo Seth beautifully captures the diverse culture of India.

From the Taj Mahal to India Gate and different forms of classical dances from all across the country, you will find everything in the doodle. There is a big peacock, the national bird of India that is also working as the first ‘O’ of the word Google. One can see the kites flying high in the sky.

If you look carefully, you will also find an elephant and a camel, the doodle has covered all aspects of the country, including an auto-rickshaw and buses, the most common public modes of transport in the country. The doodle shows the rich cultural heritage of our country.

This year, Jair Bolsonaro, the President of Brazil is the Chief Guest at the Republic Day parade which is a 90-minute display of nation’s strength, diversity and rich heritage.
