Top hot and spicy Indian snacks

Aloo tikki: A delightful North Indian snack, Aloo Tikki is a small potato patty that is stuffed with spicy dal mixture and fried till crispy golden. Topped with fresh thick yogurt, tamarind sauce and fresh coriander chutney, these tikkis are flavourful.

Jhaal muri: A popular street food of Eastern India, Jhaal Muri is a spicy puffed rice snacks. Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, potatoes are added to puffed rice and nicely mixed with a pinch of lemon  juice and salt to taste. Good for health, this spicy snack is easy to make and delicious too.

Samosa:  Nicely stuffed with mashed potatoes mixed with peas, finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, cashew nuts and other ingredients of your choice, samosas are deep friend to crispy golden snacks. and served with sweetned tamarind or coriander chutney.

Chhole Bhature: This famous Punjabi food item can be eaten as breakfast or lunch as well. You’ll find the popular chhole bhatura in every street corners.  It is a fried Indian bread made of maida and served with fried grams in spices.

Dahi papri chaat: Small cruchy and crispy flat puris are topped with sev, finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, potatoes, chickpeas, sweet chutney and curd.  If you are making it yourself, you can have variations of it according to your choice of spices and additions to it.
