Diwali is around the corner. The most favourite festival of the year comes with a lot of lights, Diwali snacks, desserts, crackers and many more. By now, the plans are in motion. One must be circling the dates on the calendar and planning to organise ‘card-parties’ over delicious Diwali desserts.
Here are some of the dessert recipes full of flavour that will make people want more this Diwali:

Fruit Cocktail Parfait

Ingredients:
Low-fat granola or other dry cereal- 3 cups
Non-fat or low-fat vanilla yoghurt- 3 cups
Drained Fruit Cocktail- 1 (30 oz)
Method: Spoon alternating layers of granola, yoghurt and fruit in 6 tall glasses or parfait dishes.
Fruit Cocktail Pops
Ingredients:
Yogurt: 2 cups
Maple Syrup: 4 tablespoon
Fruit Fiesta: ½ can
Method: Beat the yoghurt with maple syrup until smooth. Layer in popsicle molds with fruit fiesta. Freeze until solid.
