Macao is a destination that everyone wants to visit and experience. After attending the Experience Macao Festival at CyberHub, Gurgaon, Macao is on the bucket list of many for sure.
The festival organised by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) from 30 November to 2 December celebrated the opulence and splendid culture of Macao. It had a lot of fun activities, delicious Macanese food and memorable ‘Macao moments’.

The festival started with various interactive activities, which were followed by a Macao dance. Among the hosts were two interesting characters who kept the visitors entertained. They were the official mascot of Macao Tourism, MAK MAK, and the dancing panda, Kai Kai, who fascinated the audience who got warm hugs from them and got click pictures clicked with them.
Coming to the Macao food, it is basically Southern and Portuguese Chinese. Their signature dishes are mostly made with pork. At the event, there was a food truck showcasing specially curated Macao’s Signature Delicacies comprising the famous Macanese Egg Tarts, African Chicken, Macanese Minchi and Dim sums.
Another interesting draw was the Virtual Reality [VR] zone as it simulated the scenic beauty and bustling streets of Macao for the Delhiites to witness the beauty of the city. There were MAK MAK tattoos to emboss, and an opportunity to know how your name can be written in Chinese.
A major attention was the traditional lion dance, followed by a lovely carnival parade.
A day after witnessing a little improvement, Delhi's air pollution levels registered a marginal spike of 22 points on Friday, reaching the upper end of the 'very poor' category recording average Air Quality Index value at 393.
