The supermodel-actor will be co-judging India’s Next Top Model Season-3 on MTV.
A great model is someone who is a perfect combination of poise and personality, believes supermodel-actor Milind Soman, who will be co-judging India’s Next Top Model Season-3 on MTV along with celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani and actress Malaika Arora.
A great model “expresses herself effortlessly” with “poise” despite being subjected to any tough situation, Milind says in a statement.
And it’s not just a pretty face that matters in modelling. It also calls for sheer dedication, the actor says.

“Dedication plays a key role and in ‘India’s Next Top Model’ that will be a major trait on which I will be judging the girls. I want all the aspiring models out there to know that it’s definitely not just a pretty face that matters!”
Malaika too echoes Milind’s view.
“We are not looking for a pretty face, but a face that embodies the essence of human expression,” Malaika says in a statement.
The Indian modelling industry has evolved rapidly over the years and the models are setting international trends in the fashion world today.
“It amazes me on how things have evolved in the Indian modelling industry,” Milind says, adding “In fact we are almost at par with the International modelling industry and the fact that Indian models have been setting international runways and fashion pages on fire is great to see”.
The show is an adaptation of “America’s Next Top Model”.
