How to make perfect pizza at home
There is no substitution of home-made pizza – fresh, thin and crispy base, good ingredients, creative composition and a stunning rustic look

October is one of our favourite months due to its pleasant weather and pizza is the perfect treat, isn’t it? The climate is just right to make a vegetable cheesy pizza in your kitchen. You may relish it enjoying the cold breeze and bright sun that can heighten all your senses. Eating a lip-smacking hot cheesy pizza matches perfectly with the lovely climate.

Ingredients:
Readymade pizza base 1 (large)
Pizza pasta sauce 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 2 cups (grated)
Onion 1 (medium)
Capsicum ½
Red bell pepper ½
Yellow bell pepper ½
Sweet corn kernels 1 tbsp
Mushrooms 6
Paneer 100 grams
Olives few
Oregano 2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 2 tsp
Method:
Dice all vegetables in ½’ squares.
Cut paneer in small cubes.
Take the pizza base and spread pizza pasta sauce evenly on the top surface.
Spread a thin layer of grated mozzarella cheese over it.
Then sprinkle all vegetables evenly.
Sprinkle paneer cubes, corn kernels and olives.
Cover the top surface with grated cheese decently.
Preheat oven at 180 degrees C. Put the pizza in the oven till cheese on the top layer melts and the base and vegetables become little crispy golden.
Takeout pizza from the oven and serve it hot with tomato ketchup and any cold beverage.
