Let the joy of summer season of juicy fruits fill your kitchen this weekend. This super simple and heavenly fresh fruit drink is healthy, delicious and fun for everyone. Beat the heat. Chill out with this true fruity delight!

Serves: 4; Preparation time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

Pineapple 1 cup (chopped)

Melon 1 cup (chopped)

Ripe banana ¾ cup (chopped)

Aerated lemon drink 400 ml

Lemon juice 2 tsp

Sugar 2 tbsp

Crushed ice 10 cubes

For garnishing:

Pineapple wedges few

Cherries few

Method:

Chop all fresh fruits in small pieces.

Blend them to a smooth puree adding sugar, lemon juice and ice cubes in a food processor.

Add enough of any aerated lemon drink (it can be limca) to the pureed fruits in a mixer to thin it down.

Pour into mock tail glasses.

Garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries.

Serve chilled.

Note: If you find less sugar, you may add powdered sugar and mix it well.

This fruity delight, a quick drink that works well on a hot humid day, is easy to make and perfect to chill on weekends.
