After a journey of nine successful years, MasterChef Australia is gearing up for the 10th season. Just like all the previous years, this season too aims at bringing forth some mouth-watering food, talented home chefs and globally-renowned guest judges.
Taking MasterChef Australia’s legacy forward in India, Star World celebrated 10 Years of Gourmet with Chef Saransh Goila, who hosted the event at Artusi in Gurgaon.
Goila, who is the first Indian to judge an elimination challenge on MasterChef Australia, explained how people haven’t changed but the way we express ourselves through food has definitely “gourmet’d up”.

The glitzy affair at Artusi saw the who’s who of the food fraternity in attendance.
Guests relived the journey of MasterChef Australia season by season through the most iconic dishes from the coveted MasterChef kitchen.
With a scrumptious Italian menu specially curated by Oscar Balcon of Artusi, guests treated their taste buds with the 5-course meal that included dishes such as Cappelletti in Brodo, Bibb, Ravioli al Burro e Asparagi, Basil Sorbet with Pink Peppercorn Meringue, Golden Scallops in Black Puree, and Dolce Sorpresa.
To give it a little more touch of MasterChef, the team arranged a task for the guests. It was a test of the taste buds as the guests were challenged to identify the different varieties of cheese by tasting them.
The event ended with a palatable dessert which was served with guests blindfolded, who were asked to guess the name of the dessert.
