7.1 magnitude earthquake jolts Nepal; tremors felt across north India
A powerful earthquake of 7.1 magnitude struck Nepal on Tuesday morning, sending tremors across parts of North India, including Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim and Delhi-NCR.
UP Chief Minister, further, announced money to bring the bodies back from the crash site in Nepal.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath has announced an ex gratia payment of Rs.5 lakh each to the next of kin of 4 youths of the State, who died in the recent plane crash in Nepal. All of them hailed from Ghazipur district of the State.
In a message, the Chief Minister said that the State Government will also bear the expenses incurred to bring the bodies back from Pokhra in Nepal to Ghazipur.

Besides, he has also announced a compensation of Rs 5 lakh to the next of kin of a farmer who died due to electrocution in Kushinagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
